Refund policy

Tea is food, so we cannot take back a pouch that has been opened.

Unopened pouches

You may return an unopened pouch within 30 days of delivery for a refund of what you paid for it. You pay the return postage. Write to us through the Contact page first and we will send the return address.

Something wrong with the order

If a pouch arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong blend, write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund it, and you do not need to send it back.

A blend you did not like

Tell us. We cannot take it back once it is opened, but we would like to know, and we will try to make it right.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. They usually appear within 10 business days of our approving them.

Gifts

If the order was a gift, the refund goes to the person who paid.

Membership

You can skip, pause or cancel a membership at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges. A parcel that has already shipped follows the rules above.
