Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Lucky Kettle Tea. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if a blend is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.

Membership

A membership renews every month at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account page. We will tell you by email before any price change takes effect.

The tea

Our teas are foods. They are not medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Ingredients are listed on every blend page. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before drinking herbal blends. Some blends carry a specific caution on their page.

Allergens

Read the ingredient list before you buy. We cannot promise that any blend is free of traces of allergens.

Our content

The name, the artwork and the writing on this site belong to Lucky Kettle Tea. Please do not reuse them without asking.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in force.
