Where we ship

Lucky Kettle Tea ships to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to other countries yet.

What it costs

Shipping is free on orders of $45 or more. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $7.95. Membership parcels ship free.

When it ships

Orders are packed and sent on Tuesdays and Fridays from Santa Cruz, California. Most parcels arrive 3 to 5 business days after they ship. You will get an email with tracking when the parcel leaves.

If a parcel goes missing or arrives damaged

Write to us through the Contact page within 30 days of the ship date. Include your order number, and a photograph if the parcel is damaged. We will send a replacement or refund the order.

Wrong address

Please check the address before you place the order. If a parcel comes back to us because of the address, we will send it again once you cover the second shipping charge.
